1. About GetAProSEO

GetAProSEO provides AI-generated SEO reports for websites. Our service is operated as a sole trader business in the United Kingdom. Contact us at hello@getaproseo.com.

2. The Service

GetAProSEO generates SEO reports based on the website URL and business information you provide. Our reports are:

• Generated using artificial intelligence and are advisory in nature
• Based on general SEO best practices and publicly available information
• Intended as a starting point for your SEO strategy, not a guarantee of results
• Not a substitute for professional SEO consultancy where specialist advice is required

3. Pricing & Payment

We offer two pricing options:

• One-off report — a single payment of £7.99 for one full SEO report
• Monthly subscription — £19.99 per month for unlimited SEO reports, billed monthly

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@getaproseo.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

For subscriptions, if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first subscription payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate reports for websites you do not own or have permission to analyse
• Attempt to circumvent our free preview rate limiting through automated means
• Resell or redistribute our reports without permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The SEO reports generated by GetAProSEO are for your personal or business use. You may share your report with your web developer, team, or clients. You may not resell reports or present them as your own proprietary product.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetAProSEO provides reports on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in improved search rankings. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithm changes, competition, and the quality of implementation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, GetAProSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days prior to any claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
